Public Notice The Miami-Dade County Developmental Impact Committee Executive Council and Educational Facilities Review Subcommittee of the Development Impact Committee will review the following applications at back-to-back meetings at the Stephen P. Clark Center, located at 111 NW 1st Street, 11th Floor Conference Room, on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 10:00AM, with the Educational Facilities Review Subcommittee meeting occurring first. Executive Council – Zoning: Purpose: Florida law requires each local government to have a “Land development regulation commission” to review all land development regulations to make recommendations on consistency with the adopted comprehensive plan to the governing body. Section 33-303.1(D)(11) designates the Executive Council of the DIC as the land development regulation commission for such purposes.
