Christian Investment Holding, LLC., is seeking the Administrative Modification of Condition No. 2 from Resolution No. Z-28-22, reading as follows: FROM “2. “That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled “PK to 8th Grade School Our Lady of The Rosary School,” as prepared by Villa & Associates Inc. Sheets A-1.1 & A-2 dated stamped received 11/21/19, consisting of 2 sheets and the remaining 10 sheets dated stamped received 10/10/19, for a total of 12 sheets.” TO “2. “That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled “PK to 8th Grade School Our Lady of The Rosary School,” as prepared by Acebal Huembes Fontana Design Studio LLC., consisting of 15 sheets, dated stamped received June 16, 2025.” 2. Christian Investment Holding, LLC., is seeking the Administrative Modification of Condition No. 20 from Resolution No. Z-28-22, reading as follows: FROM “20. “Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Use for the expansion of the school and subject to the approval of the County’s Fire Rescue Department, the applicant shall close the westernmost and easternmost driveways with a wall. Which wall shall consist of a combination of CBS wall or pre-fabricated wall. The middle driveway will be equipped with a Knox Box and will be used as required to satisfy the requirements of the Florida Department of Transportation and in accordance with the School’s Traffic Operation Plan, as approved by the Traffic Engineering Division.” The purpose of the administrative modification is to amend some of the conditions of approval sanctioned by Resolution Z-28-22, to address the conditions of approval set forth by the Florida Department of Transportation and respond to concerns from neighbors regarding the traffic impact on SW 107 Avenue and SW 95th Street due to the expansion of the private Catholic School, Our Lady of the Rosary.
