EAST PALM DRIVE CDD NOTICE OF BID
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by East Palm Drive Community Development District (the "District"), Miami-Dade County, Florida until 4:00 p.m., on January 20, 2026, at East Palm Drive CDD, 2730 Oakbrook Lane, Weston, FL, and commencing at 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2026, such bids will be publicly opened at 9900 SW 107th Avenue, Suite 103, Miami, FL and read aloud for the District's records. The work for which these proposals are to be submitted consists of: providing labor and equipment for the routine high quality maintenance of grass and landscape areas, including maintenance of sprinkler systems, fertilization, and weeding as required pursuant to the terms and conditions of the specifications and contract documents pertaining to thereto, which may be examined after arranging an appointment with the District Manager by calling 954-385-6659 or emailing lhernandedez@managserv.com. A copy of the documents, including blank bid forms to be executed and submitted with a proposal, may also be obtained as coordinated with the District Manager. A payment of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be required for the bid set. Checks should be made payable to East Palm Drive CDD. No refunds will be made. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 6, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the parking lot of the Clubhouse (under construction) 2300 Palm Drive, Homestead, FL. Proposals shall be prepared, addressed, and submitted in compliance with detailed instructions as set forth in the contract documents. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to award the contract as it deems will best serves the interests of the District.
