PUBLIC NOTICE Housing & Commercial Loan Committee Meeting January 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The City of Miami Housing & Commercial Loan Committee (HCLC) will conduct a public meeting at City Hall, Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, on January 28, 2026, on funding amendments affecting the City’s Annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other city-funded programs. The proposed amendments and respective descriptions can be found at: https://www.miamigov.com/My-Government/Departments/Housing-Community- Development/HCD-Public-Hearings/HCLC-Virtual-Public-Hearing-January-28-2026 At the meeting on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., the HCLC will discuss items related to general business and policies and provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City’s Annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other City-funded programs. The agenda items to be discussed and respective descriptions can be found at: https://www.miamigov.com/My-Government/Departments/Housing-Community-Development/HCD- Public-Hearings/HCLC-Virtual-Public-Hearing-January-28-2026 The approval by HCLC, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on December 29, 2025, and ends on January 28, 2026. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the HCLC for approval on January 28, 2026. Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami, Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), located at 444 SW 2nd Ave., 9th Floor, Miami, FL 33130. Comments to amendment(s) may also be submitted in writing to the HCD address, Attn: Patricia Rueda, and must be received no later than January 28, 2026. The meeting site is accessible to the disabled. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Department of Housing & Community Development at (305) 305-416-2080 (Voice) no later than three (3) business days prior to the proceeding.
