NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE SUMMERVILLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Summerville Community Development District (the "District") hereby gives notice of its intention to enact an amendment to the District Park and Open Space Rules (the "Park Rules"). The proposed amendment, designated as Rule 2026-01, removes the voided Rule 6.n. related to firearms and amendment to prohibit weapons on District Property, except as permitted by Florida or federal law. The purpose and effect of the proposed amendment is to update the Park Rules to reflect current applicable Florida law. A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed rule amendment will be conducted by the District's Board of Supervisors on February 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Kendall Executive Center, 8785 SW 165th Avenue, Suite 200, Miami, Florida 33193, to receive public comment on the adoption of the proposed rule amendment pertaining to the District Park Rules. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for interested persons to address and comment upon the proposed amendment. The proposed amendment may be adjusted at the public hearing pursuant to discussion by the Board of Supervisors and public comment.
