Notice of Special Meetings East Palm Drive Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the East Palm Drive Community Development District will hold special meetings on January 9, 2026 and January 23, 2026 at 11:45 a.m. at Lennar Homes, 5505 Waterford District Drive, Miami, Florida. The special meetings will replace the January 2, 2026 regular meeting. At the special meetings, the Board will discuss and may act on matters related to the community's clubhouse, restaurant, golf course, and landscaping maintenance within the District. The Board will also consider any other business which may properly come before it. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or members of the public may participate by a computer, tablet, or phone. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit any questions and comments to the District Manager's office in advance to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting. The agendas may be obtained from the District Manager at lhernandez@managserv.com or on the District's website: http://www.eastpalmdrivecdd.com within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled meeting. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at least five calendar days prior to the meetings. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
