NOTICE OF STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS SELECTION OF BOND UNDERWRITING SERVICES PANEL (SOQ 25-0022) Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, a Florida governmental entity, has issued a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and seeks replies from qualified investment banking firms to serve on a panel of underwriters who may be selected for participation in a future bond or other security issuance It is Citizens' intent to select multiple Vendors who will have the ability to participate in future bond underwriter services, if later requested, as indicated in the SOQ, Section 2, and Scope of Appointment. Citizens intends to award specific appointments to this Panel through Letters of Appointment to multiple Vendors under the SOQ. Participation in future bond or other security issuances will be made on a case by case basis, as the need arises, and will be based on considerations in effect at that time. Citizens cannot guarantee on how many occasions, if any, a Vendor will be asked to participate.
