MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ITB #2025-11-03 MIAMI SHORES AQUATIC CENTER POOL RENOVATION AND RESURFACING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Miami Shores Village is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for to complete the pool resurfacing and repair project at the Miami Shores Village Aquatic Facility, in accordance with the plans, specifications, and requirements stated in "ITB #2025-11-03 Miami Shores Aquatic Center Pool Renovation and Resurfacing" . Interested firms may secure the solicitation package by visiting the Miami Shores Village website Miami Shores Florida - Current Solicitations A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Miami Shores Aquatic Center located at 10200 Biscayne Blvd, Miami Shores, FL 33138. Attendance is strongly encouraged. Bidders shall submit one (1) original, one (1) copy, and one (1) electronic copy on a USB drive, accompanied by a 5% bid bond.
