CITY OF MIAMI BEACH NOTICE OF A FIFTEEN DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD DRAFT CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) DECEMBER 5, 2025, TO DECEMBER 19, 2025 NOTICE IS GIVEN that a draft of the PY 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for The City of Miami Beach has been completed and will be available for a 15-day public review period. The City of Miami Beach Office of Housing and Community Services is soliciting comments on its draft 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). Public comments will be accepted from December 5, 2025, to December 19, 2025. The CAPER reports on the use of Federal funds received by the City of Miami Beach from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) during the 2024 program year from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. In PY 2024, the resources made available for the CDBG program was $889,998 and $508,241.69 for the HOME program. The draft CAPER will be available for review on the City's website at www.miamibeachfl.gov.
