REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS MANAGEMENT OF THE MIAMI SHORES COUNTRY CLUB RFP 2025-11-02 NOTICE: Pursuant to Florida Statute §287.055, Miami Shores Village invites qualified firms to submit proposals to enter into a management agreement for the exclusive right to operate, manage, maintain, and promote the Miami Shores Country Club, in accordance with the specifications and conditions in the request for proposals. Responses shall be submitted in person or by mail in a sealed envelope no later than 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Facsimile or emailed bids shall be rejected and will not be accepted. The purpose of this meeting is to allow proposers to familiarize themselves with the operations, project site, and ask any questions related to the scope of work, specifications, or proposal requirements. Miam Shores Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to re-advertise. The award, if made, will be made to the most responsive Proposer whose proposal is determined by the Village, in its sole discretion, to be most advantageous. Pursuant to subsection (t), Cone of Silence, of Section 2-11.1 of the Miami-Dade County Code, public notice is hereby given that a Cone of Silence is in effect for this competitive purchasing process.
