NOTICE OF PETITION FOR REINSTATEMENT Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10 of the Rules of Discipline of The Florida Bar, Joseph Anthony Sorce, has petitioned the Supreme Court of Florida for reinstatement to The Florida Bar. Mr. Sorce was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two (2) years by order of the Supreme Court of Florida dated October 26, 2023, for violation of Rule 4-8.4(b)("A lawyer shall not commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects") of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
