Notice of Public Meeting Regarding City of Miami Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) FY2024 and Annual Action Plan Progress FY2025 In accordance with the Consolidated Plan regulations 24 CFR Part 91, grantees are required to submit a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) within 90 days of the close of the program year. The City of Miami, Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) will be reporting accomplishments for the following formula grants: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA); Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG); HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME) funding utilized until 9/30/2025. A public meeting will be held to offer City of Miami residents the opportunity to review and comment on accomplishments and activities funded, during and prior to the FY2024. The public meeting for the CAPER for FY2024 and 1st quarter progress for the Annual Action Plan FY2025 will be held on: Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Miami Riverside Center Building, 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 9th Floor, Suite #901, Miami, FL 33130 The City of Miami CAPER for FY2024 will be available for public review and comment for a period of no less than 15 days. The review and comment period begins on December 2, 2025, and ends December 17, 2025. Draft copies of the CAPER will be available at the HCD office located at Miami Riverside Center, 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 3rd Floor, Miami, FL 33130 or requested via email to rtazoe@miamigov.com, starting December 2, 2025.
