The Village of El Portal Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Planning and Zoning Meeting Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 6:30 pm PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGE TO ZONING MAP HEARINGS BY THE MAYOR & VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of December 2025, at a Planning and Zoning meeting hearing the Mayor & Village Council of the Village of El Portal, held at 6:30 P.M., at Village Hall at 500 NE 87th St., the Village Council will consider the change to zoning map at 245 NE 87th Street CHANGE TO ZONING MAP– as set forth below: Rezoning 245 NE 87 Street AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL REGULATING PLAN IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE ZONING, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE III OF THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL CODE FOR THE PROPERTY AT 245 N. E. 87TH STREET, IN THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL, FROM Z3 (SUB-URBAN ZONE) TO Z4 (MAIN STREET ZONE), AN APPLICATION BY TOL REAL ESTATE, LLC: PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR APPEAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The public may inspect the proposed resolution in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of El Portal, located in the Village Hall at 500 NE 87th St. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard.
