The Village of El Portal Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Regular Council Meeting Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 7 pm PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ADDITION SITE PLAN HEARINGS BY THE MAYOR & VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of December 2025, at a regular council hearing the Mayor & Village Council of the Village of El Portal, held at 7:00 P.M., at Village Hall at 500 NE 87th St., the Village Council will consider the site plan at 151 NE 88th St– SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ADDITION – as set forth below: 151 NE 88th STREET- SITE PLAN A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF EL PORTAL, FLORIDA, AND THE GRANTING OF SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN ADDITION AT A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 151 NE 88TH STREET IN ZONE 3, SUB-URBAN RESIDENCE, IN THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL, AN APPLICATION BY JOHN AND ROBERT CREWS: PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR APPEAL; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The public may inspect the proposed resolution in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of El Portal, located in the Village Hall at 500 NE 87th St. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard.
