The Village of El Portal Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Regular Council Meeting Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 7 pm PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED VARIANCE FOR GARAGE ENCLOSURE HEARINGS BY THE MAYOR & VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of December 2025, at a regular council hearing the Mayor & Village Council of the Village of El Portal, held at 7:00 P.M., at Village Hall at 500 NE 87th St., the Village Council will consider the variance at 311 NE 90th Street – GARAGE ENCLOSURE– as set forth below: 311 NE 90th STREET- VARIANCE A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF EL PORTAL, FLORIDA GRANTING VARIANCE APPROVAL FOR A GARAGE ENCLOSURE AT 311 NE 90th STREET IN ZONE 3, SUB-URBAN RESIDENCE, IN THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL, AN APPLICATION BY SPS MIAMI FIVE LLC: PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR APPEAL; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The public may inspect the proposed resolution in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of El Portal, located in the Village Hall at 500 NE 87th St. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard.
