Notice of Organizational Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Legacy Palm Drive Community Development District The Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the Legacy Palm Drive Community Development District (the "District") will hold its organizational meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the office of Alvarez Engineering located at 935 NW 35th Ln #101, Doral, FL 33172 . The District is generally located SW 196 Avenue on the east, SW 199 Avenue on the west, SW 348 Street on the south and SW 344 Street on the north. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the appointment of staff including, but not limited to, manager, attorney, and others as deemed appropriate by the Board; to consider the services to be provided by the District and the financing plan for same; to consider certain documents related to the issuance of special assessment bonds; and, to conduct any other business that may come before the Board.
