FROM: “That the kindergarten and pre-school (nursery) use combined be limited to a maximum of 165 children and that the elementary school (grades 1-6) be limited to a maximum of 240 students for a maximum total of 405 children.”
TO: “That the kindergarten and pre-school (nursery) and that the elementary school (grades 1-8) be limited to a maximum total of 405 children.”
The purpose of the Administrative Modification for Resolution 4-ZAB- 363-88 is to approve the expansion of the current educational program to include sixth through eighth grades (K-8) with no increment in the number of students.
Any property owner in the area may appeal a decision by filing an appeal application on or before Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
