Notice of Special Meeting and Audit Selection Committee Meeting Crystal Cay Community Development District The Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Crystal Cay Community Development District and Audit Selection Committee Meeting is scheduled to be held on December 2, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the Crystal Cay Clubhouse, 10350 SW 228 Terrace, Miami, FL. The purpose of the Special Meeting is consider the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on the June 13, 205, attorney reports, financial reports, audit selection committee meeting matters, and any other business of the District that may come before the Board of Supervisors. The Audit Selection Committee will review, discuss, and establish the evaluation criteria for any proposals the District receives pursuant to solicitations for auditing services. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agendas for the meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd, Sunrise, Florida 33351. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
