Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(V) of the Code of the Miami-Dade County Code, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved with condition(s) the following request for Administrative Modification to modify condition # 1 from Resolution No. CZAB-8-37-07, passed and adopted by the Community Zoning Appeals Board-8 on September 19, 2007.

That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for Administrative Modification process M2024000003 entitled “TROPICAL FLEA MARKET,” as prepared by Avelino Leoncio Jr. A.I.A, consisting of one (1) sheet dated stamped received October 11, 2024, and three (3) sheets dated stamped received May 23, 2024; and Specific Purpose Survey, prepared by CH Land Surveying, Inc., consisting of one (1) sheet dated stamped received January 18, 2024; for a total of five (5) sheets.
The purpose of the Administrative Modification is to convert the exist- ing temporary structures in a flea market to permanent structures with canvas canopies.
Any property owner in the area may appeal a decision by filing an appeal application on or before December 2, 2025.
