Awarded firms will be retained as Design Trade Partners to support design development, preconstruction, and project delivery. The project will consist of a new Welding Technology Building with fabrication and pipe welding labs, classrooms, collaboration spaces, and covered outdoor instructional areas, as well as new campus development including a signature quad and stage venue, outdoor gathering areas, utilities, hardscape, landscaping, and associated site infrastructure.
