PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE BY THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON CITY COUNCIL OF ITS ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon after the City Council of the City of Livingston adopted the following Ordinance, entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON TO REZONE A 6.80-ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 1018 PEACH AVENUE (APN 047-310-019) FROM R-1 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO R-3 (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) (REZONE NO. REZ 2025-05) This proposed Ordinance amends the City of Livingston Zoning Map in the City of Livingston as part of a Housing Implementation Program of the 6th Cycle Housing Element.
