PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE BY THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON CITY COUNCIL OF ITS ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon after the City Council of the City of Livingston adopted the following Ordinance, entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON TO REZONE A 5.0-ACRE PORTION OF THE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF B STREET WEST OF PRUSSO STREET (APN 022-010-025) FROM C-3 (HIGHWAY SERVICE COMMERCIAL) TO R-3 (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) (REZONE NO. REZ 2025-02) This proposed Ordinance amends the City of Livingston Zoning Map in the City of Livingston as part of a Housing Implementation Program of the 6th Cycle Housing Element. New development shall conform to design guideline standards. The proposed ordinance shall become effective on October 2, 2026.
