NOTICE TO BIDDERS Hilmar Unified School District 7807 North Lander Avenue, Hilmar, CA 95324 NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hilmar Unified School District, HUSD, (hereinafter the "District") of Hilmar, CA, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids no later than 11:00:00 pm, on August 28, 2026, at the HUSD - District Office, 7807 North Lander Avenue, Hilmar, CA, for the following project: New Modular Concessions and Restroom Building at Hilmar High School – Football Stadium Fabricate, transport and install a 1,440 sf, mono-roof slope, standing seam metal roofing, moment frame building, utilizing a 12'x 40' module. The building must have a DSA approved PC, 7 feet overhangs at the front of the building with 2' sidewall and rear overhangs, Hollow metal doors and windows, stucco exterior finish, FRP interior wall finishes, restrooms & partitions, suspended T-bar & gyp. bd. ceilings, stainless steel serving counter & roll-up doors. Building must also have complete mechanical HVAC system (all spaces shall be conditioned), electrical power & lighting and plumbing fixtures. Note: Concrete foundation, under slab plumbing, site utilities, fire alarm system, flooring, signage, equipment and appliances, all site improvements including site grading & drainage shall be completed by others. COMPLIANCE MONITORING: This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, Office of the Labor Commissioner.
