NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF LIVINGSTON 2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Livingston has prepared a Draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Draft Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act (California Water Code Section 10610 et seq.) and California Water Code Section 10632. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Livingston City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive public comments and consider adoption of the Draft 2025 UWMP and Draft WSCP on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City Council Chambers, 663 Main Street, Livingston, California 95334. The Draft 2025 UWMP describes the City's existing and projected water demands, water supply sources, water supply reliability, demand management measures, and long-term water resource planning efforts through the year 2050. The Draft WSCP establishes the City's response actions and procedures for managing water shortages and drought conditions. Copies of the Draft 2025 UWMP and Draft WSCP are available for public inspection and review at Livingston City Hall during normal business hours and on the City's website at https://www.cityoflivingston.org/. During the public hearing, the City Council will hear and consider all oral and written comments regarding the Draft 2025 UWMP and Draft WSCP. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
