NOTICE OF CHANGE IN HEARING DATE MERCED IRRIGATION DISTRICT 2025 AGRICULTURAL WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing regarding the Merced Irrigation District's proposed 2025 Agricultural Water Management Plan Update, previously noticed for Tuesday, July 7, 2026, has been rescheduled. The public hearing will now be held as follows: Date: Tuesday, July 14, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard Location:Merced Irrigation District Franklin Control Center Crocker & Huffman Conference Room 3321 N. Franklin Road Merced, CA 95348 The hearing is being held pursuant to California Water Code Section 10841 to receive public comments on and consider adoption of the District's 2025 Agricultural Water Management Plan Update. Following the public hearing, the Board of Directors may adopt the 2025 Agricultural Water Management Plan Update as prepared or as modified during or after the hearing.
