NOTICE TO BIDDERS Los Banos Unified School District 1717 South 11th Street, Los Banos, CA 93635 NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Los Banos Unified School District, LBUSD, (hereinafter the "District") of Los Banos, CA, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids no later than 2:00:00 pm, on July 15, 2026, at the LBUSD Facilities & Support Services Office, 646 West Pacheco Blvd., Los Banos, 95635, CA, for the following project: Scope of Work: New Modular Special Ed Classroom Building to be located at Grasslands Elementary School in Los Banos, CA Fabricate, transport and install a 2,400 sf, mono-roof slope, standing seam metal roofing, moment frame building, utilizing a 15'x32.5' module. The building must have a DSA approved PC, 7 feet overhangs at the front of the building with 2' sidewall and rear overhangs, Hollow metal doors and windows, tackboard at interior classroom walls, FRL at restrooms and suspended T-bar ceilings. Building must also have complete mechanical HVAC system, electrical power & lighting and plumbing fixtures. Note: Slab-on-grade & foundation, under slab plumbing, site utilities, fire alarm system, casework, flooring, signage, window coverings, all site improvements including site grading & drainage shall be completed by others. Los Banos Unified School District has contracted with Colbi Technologies to provide a web-based process for submitting the Prequalified Contractor Application through Quality Bidders. Prequalification packets are due no later than June 30, 2026. The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California. COMPLIANCE MONITORING: This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, Office of the Labor Commissioner.
