PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ATWATER 2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN In compliance with the Urban Water Management Plan Act, the City of Atwater (City) has prepared its 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP). The 2025 UWMP is a planning document which reports and evaluates water deliveries and uses, water supply sources, and conservation efforts. The 2025 WSCP provides a plan for response to various water supply shortage conditions. Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the City Council Chambers located at 750 Bellevue Road, Atwater, CA 95301, to consider the approval of: 2025 Urban Water Management Plan & 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan All interested people are invited to attend the meeting. The 2025 UWMP Draft and 2025 WSCP Draft will be available for public review beginning May 20, 2026.
