NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & PUBLIC COMMENT PROPOSED CHANGES TO PROGRAM PLANS INCLUDING HCV ADMIN PLAN AND PUBLIC HOUSING ACOP The Housing Authority of the County of Merced invites all interested parties to review and comment on the Authority's Annual Plan, the revisions to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (Admin Plan) and the Public Housing Admissions and Occupancy Plan (ACOP). The documents are posted for public review and comment. The revised plans will be available for review from May 16, 2026 – June 30, 2026 at the Authority's main office as well as all Authority outlying offices.
