Manufacturer shall transport and install buildings on site. Site Electrical (Power, Fire Alarm & Data) & Ramps & Site Work shall be by others. The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California.
