NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONVEY EASEMENT IN REAL PROPERTY FOR USE BY THE PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Livingston Union School District ("District") intends to convey an easement in certain real property to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, pursuant to the authority of California Education Code section 17556 et seq. The real property to be conveyed to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company consists of an approximately 3,195 square foot easement located south of Winton parkway between B Street and F Street within the City of Livingston. The easement is an overhead utility easement for electrical facility purposes. The Governing Board intends to approve the conveyance of this easement to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company at its April 9, 2026 Board meeting.
