NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Government Code § 65995.6 that a public hearing will be held on May 7, 2026, during the Los Banos Unified School Board "Special Board" meeting located in the Los Banos Unified School District Board Room at 1717 S. 11th Street, Los Banos, California, on or about 7:00 p.m. on the matter of the District's proposed adoption of a School Facilities Needs Analysis and of school facilities impact fees. The proposed Level II fee amounts of new residential construction set forth in the Needs Analysis are available for viewing at the Los Banos Unified School District Office, 1717 S. 11th Street, Los Banos, during normal business hours. Please submit any written comments prior to the hearing to Dr. C. Sean Richey, Interim Superintendent, at the District Office.
