Notice of Public Hearing The Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) will be hosting a series of public hearings to receive comments on the Draft 2025 Measure V Implementation Plan, which is available for public review and can be found at https://www.mcagov.org/316/Reports-Plans-Documents. The plan is updated every two years and outlines Measure V programmed expenditures on regional projects and transit projects, and includes a financial plan and a revenue forecast for these funds. The public review period for the Draft 2025 Measure V Implementation Plan begins March 20, 2026, and will conclude 45 days later on May 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Community members are encouraged to share their comments and concerns regarding the plan during this period.
