At the First Public Hearing on March 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., the expected program year budget and preliminary project funding will be reviewed. At the Second Public Hearing on May 18, 2026, at 6 p.m., the City Council will be asked to review and approve the Final Draft of the 2026 AAP and award project funding to the applying organizations. An amended Public Notice will be published should meeting dates change for any reason. Public comments are encouraged at both Public Hearings and will be accepted via normal City Council Citizen Participation procedures. Comments will be received, considered for inclusion in the final plan, and responded to, if appropriate. HOW TO VIEW: a SUMMARY of the Preliminary 2026 Annual Plan budget, project descriptions, funding request amounts, and allocation amount contingency plan will be available to view.
