NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF LIVINGSTON To All Interested Parties: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Livingston Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers, 663 Main Street, Livingston, CA, to consider Site Plan and Design Review Application No. SPDR 2025-03 for development of a one-story 1,340 square foot accessory structure for use as a Sunday School. The building will include two classrooms, restrooms, and a patio. The proposed school is proposed to be operated every day from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. The subject property is located at 2765 Peach Avenue, Livingston, CA (APN # 023-080-013). The property is owned by the Sikh Temple, and the majority of the 3.9 acre site is developed with a church, parking lot, playground field, and accessory structures. The existing site improvements near the construction site, consisting of a parking lot and landscaping, will remain mostly unchanged. The project site is zoned R-1 (Low Density Residential) and has a General Plan designation of LD (Low Density Residential). The proposed Project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines, as it consists of construction of a small new structure under 2,500 square feet.
