NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Merced Union High School District (hereinafter called DISTRICT) located at 3430 A Street, Atwater, Merced County, State of California, 95301 acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids for the award of contract(s) for Six (6) 2025 or Newer Cushman Shuttle 2+2 and Ten (10) 2025 or Newer Cushman Hauler Pro X Elite 4.2 EQUIPMENT BID - GOLF CARTS.
Request for Bids Deadline: 10:00 AM on the 25th day of February, 2026.
Place of Bid Receipt and Opening: Merced Union High School District, Warehouse/Purchasing, 2130 Spacecraft Drive, Atwater, California, 95301.

All bids shall be made on form(s) furnished by the DISTRICT. Bids must be received in the DISTRICT office no later than 10:00 AM on February 25, 2026. Bid must conform with and be responsive to the bid documents, copies of which are on file and may be obtained from the office of the Purchasing Department. Please contact Rebecca Archer, Director of Purchasing, at rarcher@muhsd.org to obtain a copy of the bid packet and for the submission of all Request for Information (RFIs).
DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any and all bid responses or to waive irregularities in any bid response.
