REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Merced Union High School District ("District") is requesting the submission of a statement of qualifications for architectural and engineering services ("Statement of Qualifications") from firms interested in providing professional architectural and engineering services to the District for new and modernization projects funded utilizing the Capital Facilities Fund, School Facilities Program, and Measure M or future Bond Funding. The District is inviting statements of qualifications for some or all of the following projects and scopes of work ("Project(s)"): Modernization of campus locations Campus fencing projects CTE pathway facilities Sewer, Gas, and Water infrastructure replacement projects District re-roofing projects District HVAC replacement projects Classroom additions at Various Campuses Addition of Athletic facilities and gymnasiums Aquatic facilities refurbishment New campus facilities District site lighting upgrades The District is seeking one or more firms with a record of excellence in school planning, programming, design and project delivery. The firm should have extensive experience with the California Department of Education (CDE), the Division of the State Architect ("DSA"), the Uniform Building Code ("UBC"), and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations.
