NOTICE OF CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CITY OF LIVINGSTON To All Interested Parties: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will conduct a Special Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the City of Livingston City Council Chambers and continue a public hearing on the following items: Requests to amend the General Plan Land Use Diagram and Zoning Map for (6) properties in the City of Livingston as a part of a Housing Element implementation program of the 6th Cycle Housing Element. At its advertised January 13, 2026, meeting, the Planning Commission opened the public hearing and continued the Public Hearing meeting on the GPA and REZ items to the February 10, 2026, Regular Planning Commission. the meeting date is now being changed to Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 7:00 pm. This Notice of Continuance reschedules the PC meeting for the continued Public Hearing on the GPA and REZ items to a new date as listed below. Continued Planning Commission Public Hearing Date and Location: Wednesday January 28, 2026, at 7:00 pm City Council Chambers, 1416 C Street, Livingston The proposed General Plan Amendments and Rezonings are exempt from analysis under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under the “Common Sense Exemption” that CEQA applies only to projects that have the potential for causing significant environmental effects, as specified in Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. The proposed actions are administrative, and no development projects are proposed at this time. The Public Hearings will be held in the City Council Chambers, 1416 C Street, Livingston. Project materials for the above project are available for review at the City of Livingston, 1416 C Street, after January 23, 2026. Any persons interested in the above application are invited to submit comments in writing or orally prior to or at the Public Hearing.
