NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF LIVINGSTON To All Interested Parties: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following item on the date and time listed: General Plan Amendment Application No. GPA 2025-01, Rezone Application No. REZ 2025-01 - A request to amend the General Plan Land Use Diagram and Zoning Map for (6) properties in the City of Livingston as a part of a Housing implementation program of the 6th Cycle Housing Element. The proposed Ordinance is exempt from analysis under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under the “Common Sense Exemption” that CEQA applies only to projects that have the potential for causing significant environmental effects, as specified in Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. Planning Commission: January 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm The Public Hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 1416 C Street, Livingston. Project materials for the above project are available for review at the City of Livingston, 1416 C Street, after January 9, 2026.
