Public Notice PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Chowchilla Water District (CWD) will hold a public hearing on: Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Regarding: 2025 Water Management Plan Update The Chowchilla Water District is a Central Valley Project Contractor. Section 210 of the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982 (Public Law 97-293; 43 U.S. § 390jj) requires Contractors with repayment or water supply contracts to develop and maintain water management plans containing definite goals, appropriate water conservation measures, and time schedules for meeting conservation objectives. This Five Year update of the plan, pursuant to California Water Code Section 10820, also satisfies the requirements of Water Code Section 10800 et seq. for the preparation of an Agricultural Water Management Plan. A copy of the 2025 Water Management Plan Five Year Update may be viewed at the CWD office at 327 S. Chowchilla Blvd., Chowchilla, CA 93610 or viewed on the CWD website at cwdwater.com.
