REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR COORDINATED TRANSPORTATION SERVICES The Heart of Georgia Altamaha Regional Commission (HOGARC) is accepting Requests for Proposals for DHS Coordinated Transportation services for Appling, Bleckley, Candler, Dodge, Emanuel, Evans, Jeff Davis, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Tattnall, Telfair, Toombs, Treutlen, Wayne, Wheeler and Wilcox counties. The transportation services will involve transportation of Department of Human Services clients to various destinations within the DHS Service Delivery Region 9. The average volume per year is approximately 80,648 trips, and transportation providers interested in submitting proposals for this project must have the resources on hand to accommodate this trip load.
