This notice, issued pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-14-1(d) and posted at least 24 hours prior to said meeting, shall serve as "due notice" to the public. The public is invited to attend this meeting in its entirety, barring any unforeseen circumstance requiring the commission to meet briefly in "executive session." Visual sound, and visual and sound recording during open meetings shall be permitted.
