Reconstructing Youth Foundation, Inc. is soliciting sealed bids from qualified Food Service
Management Companies (FSMCs) to provide unitized meals for participation in the Child and
Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). CACFP is a federally funded program administered by the
USDA and the State of Georgia through Bright from the Start/DECAL to ensure children have
access to nutritious meals.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The selected vendor will provide:
• Approximately 1,806 unitized meals per day
• Service days: Monday through Friday
• Service areas: Bibb County and Wilkinson County, Georgia
CONTRACT TERM
July 1, 2026 – July 1, 2027

AWARD CRITERIA
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets
all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the IFB.Reconstructing Youth Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive
any informalities in the bidding process. This bid does have opportunity for renewal.
