GEORGIA, BIBB COUNTY Macon Water Authority Industrial Pretreatment Program -Under Title 40, Subpart 403.8 (f) (2) (viii) of the Code of Federal Regulations and the approved Pretreatment Program enforced through the Macon Water Authority's NPDES Permits, the Macon Water Authority is required to publish annually during the month of April, in the newspaper with the largest circulation in the service area, a list of Industrial Users which have been in Significant Non-Compliance with pretreatment requirements as defined in 40 CFR 403.8 (f) (2) (viii) and amendments.
