Public Notice of RFP for One-Stop Operator The Middle Georgia Consortium, Inc., is requesting proposals to solicit an organization, individual, entity or entities to coordinate workforce development programs and services among the required partners in the One-Stop System in the WorkSource Middle Georgia workforce area under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Approximately $110,000.00 is available to fund the One-Stop Operator position. Proposals submitted should include the functions of the One-Stop Operator as required under WIOA regulations. Programs funded from this solicitation are expected to operate during the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
