NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA BIBB COUNTY WHEREAS, Danny D. Bryant, as borrower(s), executed a SECURITY DEED to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Mortgage Counseling Services, Inc. , Lender which was dated 7/28/2003, and recorded on 8/4/2003, in Book 5876, Page 85, securing the payment of a Note in the amount of $89,294.00 in Bibb County, Georgia Register of Deeds. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Security Deed by the Holder, and by virtue of the power of sale and authority vested in it, will on 6/2/2026 sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash During the legal hours of sale at the United building in Central City Park of Bibb County, Georgia of Bibb, the following described property situated in Bibb County, Georgia, to wit: THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF BIBB AND THE STATE OF GEORGIA IN DEED BOOK 5696 AT PAGE 44 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF MACON, BIBB COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 83, GREENBRIAR ADDITION, AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 34, CLERK'S OFFICE, BIBB SUPERIOR COURT, WHICH SAID PLAT IS BY THIS REFERENCE THERETO INCORPORATED HEREIN FOR ALL PURPOSES.
