NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt ANTHONY Q CORBETT, to FIVE STAR CREDIT UNION d/b/a ONESOUTH BANK, dated August 14, 2020, recorded in Deed Book 10717, Pages 16-25, Bibb County, Georgia, Office of Superior Court Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note dated August 14, 2020 in the original principal sum of Three Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($387,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Bibb County, Georgia, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on January 6, 2026, the property located at 427 Waverly Lane, Macon, GA 31210, more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the installment payment due on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees. Said property will be sold as the property of ANTHONY Q CORBETT, subject to the outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments, if any, and all easements and restrictions of record, if any, having priority over this Security Deed.FIVE STAR CREDIT UNION d/b/a ONESOUTH BANK

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being designated as Lot 35, Phase 1, Waverly Section of Providence Subdivision being more particularly shown and delineated on that certain plat of survey recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 572 of the Deed Records of Bibb County, Georgia. Said plat is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
Together with improvements thereon being commonly known as 427 Waverly Lane, Macon, Georgia 31210, according to the present system of numbering.
