Smith, deceased, 9) Smith Brothers Properties, LLC, 10) City of Macon, Georgia, 11) Bibb County Tax Commissioner, 12) all Tenants/Residents/Occupants, 13) All Persons Known or Unknown who may claim an interest in property known as 912 Johnson St., Macon, Georgia, 31217 TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem 912 Johnson St., Macon, Georgia, 31217 (Tax Parcel T063-0232), as follows, to wit: All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel T063-0232, lying and being in Bibb County, Georgia, being a portion of Lots 7 & 8, shown in Plat Book 26, Page 26, described in Deed Book 675, Page 287, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 912 Johnson Street. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 6th day of February, 2026, or 30 days from service of notice. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of October, 2024, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia, in Deed Book 12010, Page 368. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 6th day of February, 2026, or 30 days from service of notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: David A.
