NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF THE RIGHT TO REDEEM
To Macon Area Development Co. aka Macon Area Development Company, Inc.
and all Whom it May Concern:
Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel Q103-0050, lying and being in Land Lots 123 & 124 of the Macon Reserve West, Bibb County, Georgia, containing 3.77 acres, more or less, described in Deed Book 9973, Page 88, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 4460 Mead Road.
Said property is also known as Map and Parcel No.
Q103-0050 in the Bibb County Tax Assessors'
Office.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 12th day of January, 2026.
The deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of December, 2022 (Deed Book 11559 page 241) and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia.
