Pursuant to Order of the Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia, dated November 6, 2025, as referenced by Civil Action number shown below, will be sold at public out-cry to the highest bidder for cash on the first Tuesday in January, 2026, the same being January 6, 2026, during the legal hours of sale at the United Building in Central City Park located at 206 7th Street in Macon, Georgia; to satisfy delinquent taxes due the State of Georgia and Bibb County; the following described property, to wit:

Property Description:
All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the City of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia and known as Lot 606, Groveland Park Subdivision, Sixth Section according to a plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 36, Folio 45 of the Clerk's Office of Bibb Superior Court. Said lot having such size, shape and dimensions as shown on the aforesaid plat to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description.
There are improvements located thereon known under the present system of numbering as 4371 Pinedale Drive, Macon, Georgia.
Being the same property described in a deed dated July 15, 2022, and recorded in Deed Book 11656, Pages 97-100, Clerk's Office, Bibb County, Georgia Records.
Together with all rights, title, and interest running with the above-described property but not taxed under a separate tax reference number as delineated on the tax maps of the petitioner for the year(s) for which the taxes are being foreclosed.
