RE:     Notice pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 48-4-5 of Foreclosure of Right to Redeem
 
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
 
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
 
All that tract or parcel of land being in the City of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia, being a portion of Lot 11, Block 3, according to a plat recorded in Minute Book 28, Page 585, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court. Said plat is incorporated herein for purpose of a more complete and accurate description of said property.
 
Excepted from the above description is that portion of Lot 11, of the George Wood property, which is shown on a plat dated December 6, 1918, recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 598, Bibb County Records.
 
The property conveyed by this instrument is bound by an alley now known as Third Street Lane; on the southeast by Houston Avenue; on the northeast by that part of Lot 11, Block 3 of the George Wood property described in Deed Book 473, Page 701, Bibb County Records, and on the southwest by property described in Deed Book 69, Page 433, Bibb County Records.
 
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 13th day of December, 2025.
 
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of February, 2024 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia in Deed Book 11854, Page 216 said records.
